Step 1- The most important thing is to sit in a right position and keep your body relaxed. Hold your instrument and be sure it is maintained by the support of your leg. Be seated at the border of your chair and keep your back in straight but relax position. It must be bending little towards you. This sitting arrangement will make it simple to play the instrument.
Step 2- Take the instrument and put the strap above your shoulder. Adjust the strap in such a way that it is placed over your mid-body. Give support to the neck of the instrument with your left hand and place your right hand at its bridge. These first two steps in the beginner guitar lessons will guarantee you to have smart control over the instrument.
Step 3- Take some safety measures while you are playing it because it puts a lot of stress on the thumb and wrist which might result in serious injuries. Thus, correct position of hands is must. Hands ought to be in a relaxed state to avoid nervous tension. Place the fingers on the fret board in a way that it is easy to play on the series of strings. You have to push the strings correctly.
Step 4- To ensure how to press the strings on the fret board correctly you will have some essential tips in the beginner guitar lessons. Be clear about them and do cut finger nails. The tips of your fingers should run on the strings. Make sure every part of strings sounds clear and are working properly and are not vibrating or sounding slowly.
Step 5- The thumb and index fingers should be held in an accurate manner. If you are doing it correctly the required sounds would come out from it.
By practicing continuously you will become a decent player. Your dream to play it on the stage in front of thousand of spectators would come to existence and you will find yourself as a super star after regular practice. These steps can teach not only the music lovers but also others who want to learn it as a hobby. Guitar Throw Fail
trying to attempt a windmill throw i hesitated because the guitar chord was stuck under my foot and the guitar as you can see flew straight into the wall... i loved that guitar! i will get a new one. NOTE: DO NOT get planet waves locking straps. that is what will happen...
